Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials within warehouse zones
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company material handling standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse tasks including cycle counting and quality checks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled spaces
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for safety violations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
