Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Inspect forklifts pre/post-shift and report mechanical issues
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse tasks as operational needs arise
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Exemplary safety record and attention to detail
- Availability for consistent night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
