Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments accurately
- Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operations
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
