Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to weight distribution guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse organization and housekeeping activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Rd location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
