Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
