Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for material movement
- Execute inventory control procedures with RF scanning systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and documentation
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (6PM-6AM)
