Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload trucks and palletize materials with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with night shift team members for efficient workflow
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
