Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trailers with precision using dock equipment
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 10+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
