Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently and safely
- Load/unload trucks and containers with meticulous attention to inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- RF scanner/WMS system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts consistently
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
