About the Role:
You'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring materials move safely and efficiently through our 24/7 distribution center. Night shift hours offer a quieter, more focused work environment with enhanced productivity bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Train new operators on safety standards and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in temperature-controlled environment
