Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Load/unroll freight trucks with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain organized inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operations
- Document material movements and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
