Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory within 150,000 sq ft warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Load/unload trailers using pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Execute inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance for safety zones and material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train new operators on warehouse protocols and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to read bills of lading and inventory manifests
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
