Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precise pallet stacking and inventory verification
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient dock operations
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and reporting
- Support cross-functional warehouse activities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
