Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipments for timely morning distribution
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
