Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift: 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
