Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Load/unift trailers using proper stacking techniques
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
