Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records via WMS systems
- Collaborate with night crew to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs at all times
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience with sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
