Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Manage inventory counts and document material movements accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Communicate inventory status and operational needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable working in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
