Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using inventory management systems
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Document inventory movements and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial settings
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
