Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Optimize storage space through efficient pallet stacking
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Availability for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Clean background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preferred experience with pallet jacks and order pickers
