Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and workflow
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reporting systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and cross-training as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
