Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Perform pre/post-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Operate in climate-controlled 24/7 facility environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
