As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of inventory within our high-volume warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts before each shift.
- Organize stock, maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment, and adhere to 5S standards.
- Accurately count, scan, and record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely fulfillment of daily orders.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
