Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new team members on safe equipment operation and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification required (must provide documentation)
