Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring accuracy and order.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the night team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document inventory movements and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Reliable transportation and valid state ID.
