Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise according to weight and volume.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to ensure efficient traffic flow and safety.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must provide valid license/certification).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
