Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and measurement verification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to and from the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
