Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse
- Load/unload trailers with precision using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train new operators on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards
- Basic RF scanner/WMS proficiency
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
