Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently in designated zones
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator certification required
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
