Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse and storage areas
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect equipment daily for operational safety and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Willingness to complete company-provided forklift certification training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid California Driver's License preferred but not required
