Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack products safely.
- Load and unload freight from incoming and outgoing trailers.
- Accurately pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and scan products.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience required; we provide full paid training and certification!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a strict commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential overtime.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
