Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts before and after each shift to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Ensure all inventory is organized, labeled, and stored according to safety protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, including verifying quantities and documenting damages.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
