Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Valid driver's license (if required for company vehicles)
