Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory and shipping records
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization activities
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience necessary – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
