Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Complete accurate paperwork for inventory tracking
- Assist in general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train all operators!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
