Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials in warehouse/distribution settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for operational safety
- Load/unload shipments accurately and efficiently
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license (for equipment certification)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
