Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Assist in general warehouse cleanup and organization
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to Chandler industrial park
