Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting
- Safely load/unload trucks and move inventory to designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist in general warehouse cleanup and organization tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided free)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
