Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently while verifying shipment accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspaces following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
- Complete inventory documentation and warehouse reports accurately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
