Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and efficient workflow
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, labeling, and inventory management
- Complete accurate documentation for material movements and inventory counts
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
