Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials in warehouse settings
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and palletizing goods
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Basic math skills and ability to read work orders
- Physical stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation to work site
