Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning, counting, and documenting warehouse stock
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- No prior forklift or warehouse experience required - we train all new hires!
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
