Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load, unload, and stack materials onto pallets, shelves, and racks using forklifts and hand trucks efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements and damages in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Assist with order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving duties as required by team leads.
- Adhere to all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with assistance when necessary.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
