Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper placement of inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy when handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read basic labels and follow written or verbal instructions.
