Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times
- Document inventory movements and equipment usage accurately
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Valid driver's license (class D or higher preferred)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
