Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of movements
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed (palletizing, stacking, etc.)
- Complete required training certifications and recertifications
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
