Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Manage inventory accuracy by checking stock levels and updating warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and obtain required forklift certifications upon hiring.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
