Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect machinery before shifts to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in unloading/loading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
