Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize warehouse inventory efficiently using RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate records
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification (will be provided if not already certified)
