Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the facility
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated areas
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork accurately for inventory tracking
- Participate in overtime shifts as operational needs require
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
